4. Content on KPropertyBD

  • User-Generated Content: As a user, you are solely responsible for the content you post, including property listings, photos, descriptions, and messages ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant KPropertyBD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Services. You represent that you have all the necessary rights to grant us this license.
